Terms and Conditions
1}Any and all registration papers and or applications for registration papers shall be turned over to the customer upon complete payment for the horse. Transfer costs and responsibilities are that of the customer.
2}The customer agrees to pay______% of the full sales price to BCF upon the execution of this purchase agreement. The remainder balance will be promptly paid upon the following schedule:___________________________________
