We are a large breeding operation that is expanding to include a training facility. A new indoor arena and attached 27 stall barn that will be completed in November.

We have a few job opportunities available. Applicants must be available in the mornings, some afternoon/evenings and to have a passion for horses is a must. Experience is not necessary but is a bonus.

Daily duties to include cleaning stalls, turn in/out, hand walking, grooming, tacking/un-tacking, watering, feeding, tack cleaning, bandaging and general barn/farm maintenance. And during breeding season employees will be exposed to foaling, collecting stallions and analyzing semen, artificial insemination, live cover breeding, teaching young foals the basics in handling, charting mares cycles and teasing. We also have sales horses so helping with video/photo preparation and presentation may also be required.

Riding privileges are available to employees as well as the possibility of leasing a horse. We will have a couple of spots available for employees to board their horse here as well.

We ride and compete in dressage, jumper, hunter and eventing.

This job is not for the city folk or someone used to working at a desk job. This is hard work on a real down to earth working horse farm and you will be exposed to every aspect of running a farm in all weather conditions. It is a friendly, family atmosphere with a strong emphasis on basic horsemanship, classical riding, breed management, teamwork, leadership and organizational skills.

Please send your resume to postmaster@blazingcoloursfarm.com or visit our website to meet some of our horses.

Wage to depend on experience and capabilities.
